I, Donald Gray, Prisoner of War to the United States of America, do promise and declare upon my Honor that I will not directly or indirectly, by Word or Action, do any thing to the hurt or Detriment of these United States, that I will obey the Orders of the Commanding Officers at Hillsborough, in every Thing proper as a Prisoner of War, and that I will not, without their leave, go more than Three Miles Distant from Hillsborough.
