DR. CALDWELL, of our University, were to meet the Commissioners of Georgia at Ellicott's Rock (on the boundary line) on the 10th inst. for the purpose of finally adjusting and marking the boundary line between two states, JAMES MEBANE, ESQ. of Orange County; COL. JESSE FRANKLIN of Surry, and GEN. THOMAS LOVE of Haywood are the Commissioners of this State.
