APPOINTMENT
DUNCAN CAMPBELL, ESQ. of Orange, was on Saturday last, by the Governor and 
Council, appointed a Judge of the Superior and Supreme Courts, in the room of 
the Hon. FRANCIS LOCKE, resigned.
