Acquittal
From the last Hillsboro' Recorder, we learn that Mary Ann Johnston, a girl of
only 12 years old, was put upon her trial and acquitted, at the March term of
Orange Superior Court, before his honor Judge Caldwell, charged with the murder
of her father, Turner Johnston.
