Murray Conway Anderson of Durham, died en route to Watts Hospital on November 
28. He was 57.
Born and reared in Orange County.
Son of the late Robert Anderson and Mrs. Margaret Laws Anderson.
A graduate of Aycock High School in Cedar Grove.
He was a resident of Durham for the past 31 years and employed by American 
Tobacco Co as a machine operator.
He attended the Gospel Center on Driver Street.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Air Force.
He married the former Miss Lossie Lloyd of Wake County on November 9, 1935.
Survivors include -
Widow: former Miss Lossie Lloyd
Two brothers: Warren Anderson of Prospect Hill and Gordon Anderson of 
Hillsborough
One sister: Mrs. Iris A. Wyatt of Eau Gallie, Fla.
Funeral held Friday at Howerton-Bryan Funeral Chapel, with burial in Woodlawn 
Memorial Park
