Hooker Calvin Berry of Hurdle Mills, died April 13 after a heart attack.
He was 71.
A native of Orange County and member of Walnut Grove Methodist Church.
Survivors:
Widow: Mrs. Annie Dunnigan Berry
Two daughters: Carrie Berry of the home and Mrs. Sadie B. Davis of Rougemont
Two sons: Ralph Hooker Berry and Ollie L. Berry of Hurdle Mills
7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild
Funeral held Saturday at Walnut Grove Methodist Church by Rev. Roy Dickerson 
and Rev. Sidney Stafford with burial in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers: Flint Hamlin, Alvin and Frank Hawkins, Elbert Allison, Lewis 
Blalock, J.C. Hall, Charlie Horner and Wayne Berry
