Arnold Borden of Chapel Hill died April 2. He was 59.
He was a native of Goldsboro.
He was an uncle of John R. Graham of the UNC medical faculty.
Survivors include -
Widow: Mrs. Billie Borden
One son: John Borden of Chapel Hill
One daughter: Catherine of Liverpool, England
Five sisters: Rowena Borden and Mrs. E. H. Graham of Goldsboro, Mrs. Henry 
McKinnon of Lumberton, Mrs. Edward Mordecai of Raleigh and Mrs. E. Hervey 
Evans of Laurinburg.
Funeral held Sunday at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Goldsboro.
Burial in Willowdale Cemetery in Goldsboro
