The News of Orange County, January 4, 1972
Ira Baynes Bradsher, died December 28 in Duke Hospital, after a week of 
illness.
He was 69.
Resident of Hurdle Mills.
Native of Person County and was a retired farmer.
Funeral services and burial, December 30, at Wheeler's Primitive Baptist 
Church.
Service conducted by: Elder L.P. Martin, Elder Burch Wray and Rev. Ronnie 
McKenzie.
Survivors:
Widow: Mrs. Bera Brooks Bradsher
Two sons: Noel W. Bradsher and Floyd D. Bradsher, both of Hurdle Mills
Five sisters: Mrs. Odell Porterfield and Mrs. Alma Wheeley, both of Cedar Grove
Mrs. Rena Degenhart of Burlington; Miss Lois Bradsher and Mrs. Margie Wilson, 
both of Hurdle Mills.
Two brothers: Rainey Bradsher and Curtis Bradsher, both of Cedar Grove
Four grandchildren
