She was 56. Graduate of High Point College, she had worked with B.D. Sawyer law firm and was a consultant at the time of her death. Member of Chapter 180 of the Eastern Star. Past worthy high priestess of the White Shrine in Greensboro. Rev. Herman T. Coley was her late husband. Services conducted January 7 at Walker's Funeral Home by Rev. Herman Ward. Burial in Hillsborough Town Cemetery. Survivors: Father: Ewell C. Liner Stepmother: Mrs. Lizza Cole Liner Four sisters: Mrs. J. Bruce Cannady and Mrs. Haywood A. Jones III, both of Durham Mrs. Eric L. Gooch of Raleigh and Mrs. J. Wayne Martin of Oxford Two brothers: J. Swain Liner of Hillsborough and Major C.E. Liner, in Vietnam.
