Mrs. Bailey Harris Dickerson of Hurdle Mills, died August 15 at Watts Hospital 
in Durham. She was 88.
A native of Orange County and a retired school teacher.
She taught in Durham and Person County schools for 37 years.
Funeral held last Thursday at Little River Presbyerian Church by Rev. James E. 
Wood and Rev. K.M. Misenheimer, with burial in the church cemetery.
She was a member of Little River Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include -
Two daughters: Mrs. Claude Whitfield of Hurdle Mills and Mrs. Stuart M. Howe 
of Raleigh
One sister: Mrs. Pearl Smith of Seven Springs
One brother: Robert J. Harris of Raleigh
Six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren
