The News of Orange County, March 15, 1956
Mrs. Myra Roberts Gates, of Graham, died last Saturday.
She was 60.
Funeral held Monday at New Sharon Methodist Church.
Burial in the church cemetery.
Survivors:
Husband: F.T. Gates
Two daughters: Mrs. M.H. Walker and Mrs. G.L. Woods both of Graham
Two sons: F.T. Jr. of Burlington and Clarence Gates of Hillsboro
Two sisters: Mrs. Mamie Tilley of Durham and Mrs. Rosa Weaver of Hillsboro
Five brothers: E.C., W.C., C.F., W.T. and Clyde Roberts all of Hillsboro
Nine grandchildren
