Mrs. Bertha Wilson Gill of Mebane, died December 11 in Duke Hospital.
She was 51.
She suffered a heart attack the day before.
Her funeral and burial were held January 14 at the Hawfields Presbyterian 
Church.
Survivors:
Husband: J. S. Gill
Two daughters: Mrs. Henry Webster of Hawfields Community and Mrs. Marion 
Buckner of the home
Mother: Mrs. Henry Wilson
Five Brothers: W. W., B. F., H. A., Jr. and J. B. Wilson all of Mebane and J. 
C. Wilson of Graham
She joined the Grange when it was first organized in the county.
She was a member of Hawfields Presbyterian Church.
Services conducted by:
Her pastor, Rev. N. N. Fleming
Rev. E. H. Measamer, pastor of Hebron Methodist Church
Rev. T. B. Hough of Mebane Methodist Church
