The News of Orange County, January 4, 1972
Mrs. Lorene E. Jeffries of Burlington, died December 28, at her home after 
several years of declining health.
She was 57.
Native of Randolph County and wife of Walter Jeffries.
Survivors:
Husband
One Son: Walter David Jeffries of Burlington
Two Sisters: Mrs. Colon Isley of Graham and Mrs. A.J. Lewis of Burlington
One Brother: H.E. Elmore of Efland
one granddaughter
Rev. George W. Swimmey conducted the service.
Burial in Alamance Memorial Park
