Mrs. Carrie Walker Laws of Rougemont, died at home on Friday, December 1st.
She was 79.
Lifelong member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church
Funeral conducted by Rev. Richard Parson and Elder L.P. Martin at Little River 
Presbyterian Church
Service held Sunday, December 3
Burial in church cemetery
Survivors:
Husband: C. Frank Laws
One daughter: Mrs. Bailey Day of Rougemont
One son: Thomas Laws of Rougemont
Three sisters: Mrs. Martha Coleman, Miss Myrtle Walker and Mrs. Mamie Tilley, 
all of Durham
Two brothers: George T. Walker and Clyde Walker, both of Rougemont
Four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren
