James Thayer Lloyd of Carrboro, died Saturday night at N.C. Memorial Hospital. 
He was 49.
Funeral held Tuesday at Walker Funeral Home by Dr. Henry E. Turlington.
Burial in Westwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Members of the Chapel Hill Fire Department
Survivors include -
Widow: Mrs. Margaret Blackwood Lloyd
Two daughters: Mrs. Virginia Ann Singletary of Rhode Island and Jane Ellen 
Lloyd of the home
One son: Charles Lloyd of the home
Two sisters: Mrs. Jane Clear of Neville's Island, Pa. and Mrs. Mary Ellen 
Hodges of Salisbury.
