Joe Lambuth Martin of Durham, died Sunday in Watts Hospital.
He was 64.
Born and reared in Orange County and educated in the Orange County schools.
A resident of Durham for 30 years and employed at West Durham Lumber Co. until 
retirement.
Son of the late Jesse Martin and Mrs. Nannie Garrard Martin of Orange County.
Survivors -
Widow: the former Cornelia Bivins
One daughter: Mrs. Louise Martin Cecil of Hillsborough
Three sons: Allen Martin, Leo Martin and Cleo Martin of Durham
Three brothers: Jesse Martin of Hillsborough, Connie Martin and Charlie Martin 
of Durham
5 grandchildren
Funeral held Tuesday at Gospel Baptist Tabernacle of Hillsborough by Rev. W.I. 
Conway, pastor with burial in the church cemetery.
