Raymond Harold Parker, died at home, Friday in Hurdle Mills. He was 41.
Death caused by self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest according to Dr. 
Robert J. Murphy, Orange County medical examiner.
Native of Durham County and was a farmer.
Survivors include -
One son: Harold Parker, Jr. of Durham
Parents: Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Parker of Hurdle Mills
Two brothers: Herbert Parker of Chapel Hill and Richard Parker of Hurdle Mills
Funeral held Sunday at Little River Presbyterian church by Rev. Sidney 
Stafford.
Burial in the church cemetery
