Mrs. Vesta Breeze Ray, died Monday in a Hillsborough resthome. She was 70.
She was from the Caldwell community of Hurdle Mills.
A native of Orange County.
Survivors include -
Widower: N. Vernon Ray
One sister: Mrs. Maude B. Blalock of Durham
A number of nieces and nephews
Funeral held Wednesday at Little River Presbyterian Church by Rev. James E. 
Wood and Rev. Rutledge Sheridan.
Burial in the church cemetery
