Joffrey Shambley of Mebane, died April 20 in a Durham hospital.
He was 47.
Funeral held Friday at West Hillsborough Pilgrim Holiness Church by Rev. J.F. 
Kernodle.
Burial in Hillsborough Town Cemetery.
Employed by American Tobacco Co. in Durham for the past 21 years.
A native of Orange County, a member of Hebron Methodist Church and a veteran 
of World War II.
Survivors:
Two sisters: Mrs. Rosa Dougherty of Hillsborough and Mrs. Pearl Shambley of 
Mebane
Seven brothers: Johnny of Mt. Airy, Clyde, Jesse, Elmo and Joe of Mebane, Pete 
of Efland and Robert Shambley of Butner
