Hugh McLean Wilson died December 28 at UNC Hospitals in the Jaycees Burn Center
He was 83.
Born July 31, 1910 in Haverford, Pennsylvania
Parents: Edwin M and Alice Green Wilson (both deceased)
Graduate of UNC - Chapel Hill
Retired dairy farmer
Chairman of the Orange County Democratic Party several years
Fund raiser and leader in the Orange County 4-H Club
In 1992 was recognized as The Outstanding Democrat of Orange County
Survivors: Wife - Statira Cook "Cookie" Wilson
Memorial Service December 31 at Cane Creek Baptist Church
Officiating: Rev. Chris Gambil and Rev. Cliff Ingram
