Mon., Sept. 29, 1806
DIED, in Hillsboro', on Sunday the 21st inst., of the nervous fever, MR. JOHN 
S. YOUNG of Granville County, student of medicine. He possessed all those 
amiable and manly virtues which constitute the agreeable companion, which 
endeared him particularly to his relations and friends: and if these, together 
with industry and talents, open the way to honor, respectability, usefulness, 
happiness, they had every thing to expect; for these were the distinguishing 
traits of his character.
