I Aaron Boles of the County of Orange, And State of North Carolina, being of Sound and Perfect Mind And Memory, (blessed be God) Do this 22nd day of March in the year of Our Lord 1816, Make And Publish this my last Will and Testament in Manner following that is to say ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~~~~~ First I Give and bequeath, Unto Henderson Heany Ninty seven & one half Acres of land lying on the Waters of Stags Creek, Also 200 Acres of land in Burk[e] County on the Waters of Middle Little River, As by Deeds will be shown, Also Unto the said Henderson Heany, now About Two Years Old My Whole Pirishable Estate Except One Dollar to my brother John Boles, And One Dollar to Each of my Sisters, Also Unto Nancy Heany my house And garden As long as she will Stay and take care of said Henderson Heany, Also Unto the said Henderson Heany One hundred Dollars Spicee And I hereby Make And Ordain my worthy Friend Walter Murray Executor of this my last will And Testament In Witness Whereof I the said Aaron Boles have to this my last will And Testament set my hand And seal The day And year Above written, Signed, sealed, Published, And Aaron Boles (seal) Declared, by the sd. Aaron Boles the Testator as his last will And Testament in the Presence of us Walter Murray William Criswell his Robert (X) Fulton mark [Will Book Volume D, page 494] In the name of God Amen. I Aaron Boles of the county of Orange & State of North Carolina being of sound & perfect Mind & memory blessed be God Do this 22nd day of March in the year of Our Lord 1816 make & publish this my last Will & Testament in manner following, that is to say, First.
