Testator: Nancy Cloud

In the name of God Amen.  I Nancy Cloud of
the county of Orange in the State of North Carolina
being of perfect, sound mind and memory do
make and publish this my last will and testament
in manner and form as follows.

To wit.  I give devise and bequeath the plantation
and land whereon I now live in Orange County estim=
ated to contain one hundred and fifty acres or
thereabout unto my friend William David Reeves of
Orange County in fee simple.  Also I give and
bequeath unto the said William David Reeves all
my personal effects of every description whatsoever
of which I may die possessed.  And lastly I
hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said
William David Reeves sole Executor of this
My last will and testament

            In Witness whereof I have hereunto
subscribed my name and affixed my seal
the 29th day of August 1867

Orange County Court November Term 1867
The execution of the foregoing last Will and testament
of Nancy Cloud decd. was duely proved in open
Court.
