I do will & bequeath to Bettie A. Roberts two shawls and two little baskets, I also will & bequeath to Bettie A. Roberts all of my wearing approns and also my daughter Janes wearing apparel. I also will & bequeath to her four paper boxes including Janes band box with all their contents. I will & bequeath to Lucy J. Whitaker one blue flowered jar. I also will & bequeath to Mahala Bacon one pair of shoes. I also will & bequeath to public or private sale as much of my property as it may take to pay my burial expenses. I also will & bequeath to my son Wesley T. Crabtree all the remainder of my property including my land, cow, hogs, household and Kitchen furniture. Whitaker one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and was duly proven by the oath & examination of John M. Whitaker and Frank A. Roberts the subscribing witnesses thereto. Wherefore said paper writing and every part thereof is declared to be the last & testament of the said Mahala Crabtree and as such is ordered to be registered And no executor having been named therein, Wesley T.
