To all people to whom these presents Shall come I Francis
Dabney of Caswell County send Greeting Know ye that I the
said Dabney for and in Consideration of the Natural
love and afficcion which I have and bare unto my beloved
Neas[niece] Barshaba Crumbe of the County of Orange do
give and Grant unto the said Crumbe the sum of
fifty pounds in property on or before the time of said
Barshaba Crumbe Comes to the Age of twenty one year
in witness I have hereunto set my hand this 16th day of
November 1793

State of North Carolina }
   Orange County        } February Term 1794

The Execution of the foregoing Deed of Gift was duly
prov'd in open Court by the oath of Frances
Moreland the subscribing Witness thereto and was
ordered to be Recorded
