Newberry District         }   that I have given unto my loving Daugh
ter Ann Durham the Wife of William Durham in the State of North Caro
lina & County of Orange & her heirs that She had by her Husband William
Durham A Certain Negroe boy Named Sally and Incress that is now
in her possession for ever ~~~  by the Receipt hereof I renounce all right
