Also I give and Devise unto my son Jehu Garrison one Hundred and Ninety Acres of Land where on he now lives. I Also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Rebecca the sum of five Shillings, and also I give and bequeath to my Daughter Eleanor Garrison one Negro Girl Named Elapah one Mare, Two Cows and Calfs[sic] Six Sheep and ten head of Hogs two Beads[beds] and bead Cloth[e]s one Chest and table one Puter Dish and Six Csers[saucers] and Six plates and Seventy Dollars in Cash also I give and bequeath unto [my?] Daughter Eleanor Garrison Forty Acres of Land when she chooses to take it of the Tract whereon I now live and a House to be built for her Eighteen feet by Twenty and ten Acres of Land cle[a]red for her and fense it I also give and bequeath unto my son George Garrison all that tract of Land of[on] which I now live Except what I have willed unto my Daugh[t]er Eleanor with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging to him and his Heirs for ever I also give to my sd. Son George my Negro Man Damon and all the movable property that I have not all ready willed away I Also give and bequeath unto my son Jehu the sum of seventy Dollars in Cash besides what I have willed him [page 2] And I hereby make and ordain my two Sons Levy[sic] and George Garrison Executors of this my Last will and testament in witness whe[re]of I the said Garret Garrison have to this my last Will and testament set my hand and seal this day and year above written Signed, sealed, bublished[sic] and declared by the said Garret Garrison the testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us who were present at the time of signing and Sealing thereof Test Wm. Brinkley Garret Garrison (seal) Henry Hurdle Orange County May Term 1829 ~~ The Execution of the foregoing last Will and Testament of Garrett Garrison decd. was duly proved in open Court by the Oath of Henry Hurdle a subscribing witness thereto and ordered to be recorded.
