Aug 14 1809 Orange Co NC  Wills
Will of Warham Glen 
Be it known to all men that Warham GLEN of the County of Orange and State of NC  
do make and confirm this my last Will and Testament in the following manner that 
is to say:  
First, I give and bequeath to my wife, Nancy GLEN all of my Household and Kitchen 
furniture and also all my stock of every kind.  Secondly I give to my children 
(viz) Tiry GLEN, James GLEN, David GLEN, Nancy WOODS, John GLEN and Robert GLEN & 
Sally GLEN GERRARD all my land which I now possess to be equally divided among 
them and I do hereby appoint Tiry GLEN and David GLEN my Executors to this my 
last Will and Testament.  In Witness whereas I have here unto set my hand and 
Seal this fourteenth day of August AD 1809.
