Be it known to all Men that I Worham
Glen of the County of Orange and State of
North Carolina do make and Confirm this
my last will & testament, in the following
Manner, that is to say, first I give & bequeath
to my wife Nanny Glen all my household
and kitchen firniture and also all my Stock
of every kind, Secondly I give to my Children
(Viz) Tiry Glen, James Glenn, David Glenn,
Nancy Wood, John Glen, Robert Glen, and
Sally Garrard all my land which I now
possess to be Equally divided among them.
and I do hereby appoint Tiry Glen and
David Glen my Executors to this my last
will and Testament, in witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this
fourth day of August AD 1809.~~~~~~~~

The Execution of the foregoing last Will & Testament
of Worham Glen Decd. was duly proved in open Court
by the oath of Thos. Reavis one of the Subscribing Witnesses
thereto & ordered to be recorded ~~~~ At the Same time
the executors therein named qualified accordingly ~~~~~
