Carolina being of a sound mind and memory do make this my last will & Testament in the following man[n]er that is to say First that my executor hereinafter named shall provide for my body at my decease a decent burial suitable to the usual Christian form and pay all my funiral expenses out of my estate & all of my just debts - second it is my will & desire that my wife Elizabeth have one years support of provision out of my estate. and Keep the property that she had when I married her. 3rd I give to my Grand son Paul Proctor my wagon and Twenty Dollars in money - 4th I give & bequeath to my daughter Winnie Proctor wife of Sterling Proctor my tract of land whire on I now live adjoining the lands of Harris Wilkinson & others ["Together and personal" x-out] and all my personal property of every description - 5th and I do hereby appoint & constitute Sterling Proctor my true and lawful executor to this my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Daniel doth hereby sett my hand and affix my seal this 22nd day of April AD. 1850 Signed & sealed in the presence of us Daniel Green (Seal) Thomas Proctor } Harris Wilkinson } Jurat Albert Wilkinson } [Will Book Volume F, page 455] In the name of God Amen.
