Vizt?] First I Give & bequeath unto my Son John Part of a Tract of land lying on the waters of Moors Creek twt.[to wit? Holt sub- scribing witness thereto and ordered to be recorded ----- Test J Taylor CC by Theo Fergusson Additional Comments: Will Book Volume D, pages 235-236 Recorded Aug 1808 The original will is faint and indistinct, so the Will Book version was compared to the original. No estate papers found.
