I give and bequeath unto my Sister Elizabeth Herndon my Interest in one horse colt that is my half of said colt and one Bed & furniture and all my Interest in my father William Herndons Dcd. Estate it being undevided consisting of Land and other property &c And I hereby make and ordain my friend and Sister Elizabeth Herndon Executor[sic] of this my Last will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Margaret have to this my Last Will and Tenament[sic] set my hand and seal the day and year above written hir Margaret (X) Herndon (seal) mark Signed Sealed published and declared by the Said Margaret Herndon The Testator as her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who were present at the time of signing and sealing thereof William Trice } Noah Trice } Jurat Executrix qualified [Will Book Volume F, page 379] State of North Carolina Orange County In the name of God Amen!
