In the name of God Amen, The 4th day of May in the year of our Lord
1805 I Jonathan Jenkins of Orange County and State of North Carolina being Sick
and very Weak in body but of Sound mind and Perfect memory I Thank God for it, but
Calling to mind the mortality of man and Knowing that it is appointed for all men once
to die, Do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament, Disannulling all other
Will or Wills by me heretofore made, First I Give and Recommend my Soul into the hand
of Almighty God who gave it me, And my body I Commit to the Earth, to be Decently
Inter[r]ed at the Discretion of my Executors hereafter named, And as Touching my Worldly
Estate wherewith it hath Pleased God [to] bless me with in [this] life I give ["Devise" x-out] and Dispose
of the Same in manner and form following Viz ----------   ------------

Item. --- I Give and bequeath to my beloved wife Ann all and Singular my Stock of all
kinds Consisting of Horses Cattle, and Hogs together with all my household & Kitchen
furniture with all the Cash I have present, and Debts Due me, or all that I shall have at
my Decease to her and her heirs forever for her passably to enjoy without molestation

I Appoint Constitute make and ordain my true and trusty friend John Wilbourn
and my beloved wife Ann Executor and Executrix to this my last Will and
Testament and do invest them with power to act as Such In witness whereof
I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal The Day and year first above

The Execution of the foregoing last Will & Testament of Jonathan Jen-
