I give three hundred acres of Land to my Brother Jesse Lynch it being the balance of six hundred & forty acres survey - the above three hundred acres adjoining the lands of Willm. Paisley, James Forrest & others Imp. 2 [See Note 1] I give all the balance of my land with the Appertainances thereof to my brother Moses Lynch Also I give my negro Man Jim with my Stock of all kinds with he balance of all my property ["of all kinds" x-out] [Will Book Volume D, page 429] to my bro, Moses - That the 2nd Imprimus[sic] of this my last Will and Testament may be property understood I wish my bro. Moses Lynch to inherit all my prop =erty except the three hundred acres of land mentioned in Imp. 1 given to my bro. Jesse I appoint my bro.
