                        Jan 24th 1864
I hereby give all my property of every
Kind to my wife Julia Ann McCauley
during her life or widdowhood and then to
her two children William Wilson McCauley
and Betty Irene McCauley I desire her to sell enough
property to pay my debts.  I also desire
Joseph Latta Sr to be Executor of this Will
