I further give to my wife Polly all my House hold and Kitchen furniture and stock of every Kind forever and all the rest and residue of my personal Estate, goods and Chattles of what kind and nature Soever and I do appoint my wife Polly Mitchell and Eli Murray Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking all former Wills by me made: In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 9th day of September in the year of our Lord 1823 ~~~~ Perry Mitchell (seal) Signed, Sealed, published & declared by the above named Perry Mitchell to be his last Will and Testament in presence of us Benj: Burnside Exr qualified John Compton Jurat [Will Book Volume E, page 48] In the name of God Amen!
