In the name of God Amen.

I Paul Morgan, of the County of orange and State
of North Carolina, Farmer, being very Sick and weak
In body, but of A perfect mind and memory, thanks
be given unto God; Calling to mind the mortality
of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all
men once to die, do make and ordain this my
last will and testament; that is to say, I give
and recommend my soul into the hand of
Almighty god, that gave it, and my body I
recommend to the earth,

First I give and bequeath to Isaac Jackson Senior
One track[sic] of land containing 51 3/4 acres,
One feather bead[sic], One Cupboard, One Dutch oven
A quantity of wheat in the Sheaf, One pair of
beadsteads[sic], One heifer aged 3 years, One Colt
July 28th 1814                           his
I do appoint my friend              Paul (X) Morgan (seal)

The Execution of the foregoing last Will and Testament of Paul
Morgan decd. was duly proved in Open Court by the oath of
Benoni Jackson a subscribing witness thereto, and order to be
