Item - I give and devise to my beloved wife, my interest and title of an undivided ["tract" x-out] tract of land on which I now live whenever divided to have and to hold or dispose of during the term of her natural life. Item - I give to her my house hold and kitch- en furniture of every description: also my horse and farming utensils, And all the poultry of every kind belonging to me. I also give to her twelve of her choice of my hogs. I also give to her two cows and two calv[e]s, and also one wagon, and har- ness. Also the growing crop of every thing And lastly - I do hereby constitute and appoint my trusty friend, Saurin M. Lindsey my lawful executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament, according to the true intent and meaning of the same, and every part and clause thereof. [page 2] In witness whereof, I, the said William Odaniel, do hereunto set my hand and seal, this eleventh day of May A.D. 1858 his William (X) Odaniel (seal) mark Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said William Odaniel, to be his last will and testament, in the pres- ence of us, who at request and in his presence do subscribe our names as witness thereto.
