Murphy executor to this my last Will and Testament. ~~~ In Testimony wher[e]of I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this [ends here] [Will Book Volume D, page 451] In the Name of God, Amen! Russell and Ordered to be recorded, at the same time A. D. Murphey esqr. qualified as Executor. Test Additional Comments: Will Book Volume D, page 451 Recorded May 1813 Not dated or signed. The estate was considered intestate? Estate Papers comprise five pages and are found in a folder labeled "Pennington, Levi (1813)". Petition for Dower was filed in the May Term of Court in 1814. Dower was allotted 8 Aug 1814.
