I John Pike of Orange County and Province of North
Carolina This thirtieth day of March or the third Mounth
in the Year of our Lord one thousand Siven hundred
and Twenty one being in health of Body and of
perfect mind and memory Blessed be God and knowing
that it is appointed for all men once to die I do make
and ordain this my last Will and Testament and as
touching such worldly Estate as it hath pleased
God to bless me with in this world I give and devise
of it in manner and form as follow I ordain and
Constitute my Beloved Wife Abigail Pike and my
Eldest son John Pike to be my only and Sole
Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
I allow first of all my Just debts and funerall Charge to be first
paid out of my Estate Also I give and devise unto my two [x-out]
Eldest Sons Named John and Samuel Pike all my Lands to be
Equally divided Between them Allowing my Eldest Son
John his Choise my Beloved Wife to have Reasonable
possession of my said Lands and improvements during
hir natural Life time, Item I give and Bequeath
to my Youngest Son Nathan fourty pound to be
frealy possession of and Inoyed by him and his Heirs for ever

Item I also give and Bequeath unto my beloved wife
Abigale all the rest and Residue of my parisable
Estate, during her Life and after to be devided Equally
between my six Daughters Sarah Piggott Anne Hughes
Susan Lee Elizabeth Stuart Ruth Wisner Rachel Williams

In Witness and Testimony Whereof I John Pike hereunto set my hand
& Seal the day and year first above written
