Wilson J Turner, Sr. witness 4 May 1849. should be 4 June Jurat Orange County August Term 1849 The execution of the foregoing last will & Testa= ment of Margaret Riggs deceased was duly proved in open Court by the oath of Josiah Turner Sr. one of the subscribing witnesses thereto & ordered to be recorded At the same time James Riggs the Exr. named in said will appeared in open Court and qualified accordingly. Test Additional Comments: Will Book Volume F, pages 445-446 Recorded Aug 1849 Estate Papers comprise three pages and are found in the folder labeled "Riggs, Margaret (1849)". This is the inventory.
