Be it remembered that a paper writing purporting to be the last Will &
Testament of Mary E. Roberts dec.d is exhibited before me the undersigned
Clerk of the Sup. Court for said County by Louisa Roberts the Extrx. named
therein & the due execution thereof by the said Mary E. Roberts is proved
by the oath & examination of E.M. Hall & J.M. Monk, the subscribing witnesses
thereto. It is therefore considered & adjudged by the Court that the said paper
writing & every part thereof is the last Will & Testament of Mary E. Roberts
dec.d let the Will together with the probate be recorded & filed.

I Mary E. Roberts of the State of N.C. & County of Orange being of sound mind
& memory do make & declare this my last Will & Testament as follows:
1st  I desire my body buried suitable to the wishes of my relatives & friends
and my funeral expenses together with my just debts paid out of the first money
that may come into the hands of my Ex. hereinafter named
2nd  My will & desire is that my sister Louisa Roberts have all my interest in 
the tract of land where we now live to be her own lawful property.
3rd  My will & desire is that my sister Louisa Roberts have all the money &
notes that may be on hand at my death, to be her own lawful property.
4th  My will is that my sister Louisa have all my interest in all the stock and
also all my interest in the household & kitchen furniture and the farming tools
I do hereby constitute & appoint my sister Louisa Roberts my Extrx. to execute
this my last will & testament
I do hereby make & declare null & void all other wills by me heretofore made
