In the Mame[sic] of God Amen --

I Elizabeth F. Sawyers of Orange County in
N.Carolina considering my mortality, & being
very week[sic] & feeble in body, do establi[s]h this
my last Will & Testament as followeth

first I give up my soul to God who gave
it and my body to the earth to be buried
at the discretion of the Executors --------

As to my temporeal[sic] estate all & every
part & parcel thereof real & personal I give
& bequeath to my Sister Mary C. Sawyer her
heirs and assigns forever And it it [is] My will &
desire that my friend Uncle John Campbell
be my sole Executor to carry into effect
this my last will & Testament, as
witness whereof I have hereunto set
My hand and affixed by[sic] seal this
twenty third day of September one thousand
eight hundred and twenty

The Execution of the foregoing last Will & testament of Elizabeth F.
Sawyer was duly proved in open Court by the oath Edmund Turner
a subscribing Witness thereto & ordered to be recorded At the
