First it is my will that my Funeral expenses and Just debts be paid by my Executors. 2dly I give and bequeath unto Eliza[be]th Faddis, One heifer, two Eves, One Sow, one Small Chest and one flax wheel, to her, her heirs and assigns forever. Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth, all the rest and residue of my Estate, for and during the term of her natural life, and after her decease to be equally divided between my Children to wit, William Hitchcock Tolley, Milly Whittakar, Mary Kennady, and Elizabeth Rhoades; hereby Authorizing my Executors to sell and dispose of such part of my Estate as they may think necessary, and apply the same or so much [page 2] thereof, as may be necessary for the Support and maintained of my said wife. And lastly I do hereby appoint James Kennady and Richard Rhoades Executors to this my last will and testament, ratifying This only be to my last Will and Testament. Estate Papers comprise three pages and are found in a folder labeled "Talby, Samuel (1791)". No family history found.
