And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Richard N Taylor my lawful executor to all intents and purposes In witness whereof, I the said Mary Taylor do hereunto set my hand & seal this thirteenth day of March 1861 Witnesses Mary Taylor (seal) Jos W Stevenson John L.
