I give to my son Nimrod the Plantation where I now live with part of the last Survae I made in all to contain 350 Eackers[sic], he is not to mistret[?] his mother During her Widowhood of the Plantation or any part of the Land. Likewise I give him a negro Boy named Jack & my Still, & a horse named Rock he is not to have any of his Estate till he comes of age ~~~ I give to my son Simon 300 Eacers of Land lying at the waste end where I now live, being part of two ~~ Surveys & likewise I give him a negro Boy named ["Jack" x-out] Roger he is not to have it till he comes of age I give to my son Simon all the increase of ~~~~~~~~~~~ a Negro Woman named Cate from this Day & the Remainder of that Tract of Land, that my son Solomon now lives on he is not to have it till he comes of age I give to my son Moses that tract of Land at Deep River & all the increase that comes of a negro woman named Jinney, he is not to enjoy any thing till he comes of age, I give to my Daughter Mary a negro Girl named Hannah I give to my Daughter Betty a negro Girl named Sarah I give to my Daughter Cuzziah[Keziah] a negro Girl named Susan I lend to my son Daniel a Plan =tation on the last Survae I made with part of the tract I live on with part of another Joining Survey. & if ??? ??? any Lawfull heirs to them forever or their assigns, & if no Such heir Return to Nimrod? & Simon I give to the sd. Daniel a mare Named young Rune[?] Bridle & Saddle ~~ [Will Book Volume A, page 30] And I give him a Bed & furniture & a Cow & Calf 280 acres of Land lying pot Cal[polecat?] in Rowan County I leave to be sold at Vandue likewise I leave 320 Acres of Land Known by the name of Terrel Richard Land ~~ to be sold at Vendue.
