I give to my wife Peggy during her natural life one third part of the tract of land upon which I now live, I also give to her, one tenth, or a child's part of all my negroes goods chattels and effects. I give to my daughter Ann Tilley all the residue of my estate which she does not already take by virtue of a conveyance this day made to her by me. I also appoint Moses Leathers and John Neeley exec- utors of this my last will and testament.
