In the name of God Amen

        I Barney Troxler of the State
of No.Carolina, and the county of Orange
being of Sound disposing mind and memory
& being sensible that it is once al[l]otted for all
men to die do make ordain and publish this
my last will & testament in manner & form
     to wit

First I will & give to my wife Elizabeth
Troxler the sum of fifty Dollars & one
Cow & Calf & two feather Beds & Furniture

Item I give & bequeath unto the Heirs of
Philpena Coble wife of David Coble
now decd., the sum of five shillings & no more

Item I give & bequeath unto my Daughr.
Mary's son John Albright the sum of the
like sum of five shillings

Item I give unto my son Jacob Troxler
the like sum of five shillings ~~~~

Item I give & bequeath unto my Daughter
Elizabeth Huffman wife of Peter Huffman
the sum of Twenty Dollars & no more

Item I give & bequeath unto my Daughter
Catharin McCamey wife of James McCamey the
sum of one Dollar & no more ~~~~~~

David Troxler my Chest & Clothes & also
the sum of Fifty Dollars within one
year after my death & no more

Item I give & bequeath unto my son
Powell Troxler thirty Dollars & no more

Item I give & bequeath unto my son
Barney Troxler five Dollars & no more

Item it is my will & desire after
all my Just debts are paid by my Exers.
hereafter nam'd for my son George Troxler
to have & possess, him & his heirs forever all the rest
of my Estate both real & personal consisting
of whatsoever it may consist of ~~~~

I do appoint George Troxler & Isaac Holt
my Executors, revoking all other Wills by me made
declaring this & this only to be my last Will & testament

in Testimony whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand
& Seal this 26th day of March A.D. 1814 ~~~~~~

                               Orange County May Term 1817
The Execution of the foregoing last Will and Testament of Barney
Troxler decd. was duly proved in open Court by the Oath of Daniel
Albright a subscribing witness thereto & ordered to be recorded
at the same time Geo. Troxler one of the Executors therein named
qualified accordingly.

Estate Papers comprise 62 pages in a folder labeled "Troxler, Barnet (1817)"
Testator died in the fall of 1816.  Most of these papers are the widow seeking dower.  It's not clear that there is any family history here.
