Wilkerson jwilkerson@visionet.org ======================================================================== Will of Barney Troxler - 1817 Orange County, NC Will Book D Page 507, 508 In the name of God, Amen, I Barney Troxler of the State of North Carolina and the county of Orange being of sound disposing mind & memory, and being sensible that it is once allotted for all men to die, do make ordain & publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form - to wit - First I will and give to my wife Elizabeth Troxler the sum of fifty dollars, and one cow & calf, & two feather Beds & furniture Item. I give and bequeath unto the Heirs of Philpena Coble wife of David Coble now dec.d, the sum of five shillings & no more - Item. I give & bequeath unto my daughter Mary's son John Albright the sum of five shillings Item. I give unto my son Jacob Troxler, the like sum of five shillings Item. I give & bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Huffman wife of Peter Huffman the sum of twenty Dollars & no more - Item, I give & bequeath unto my daugther Catharine MCamey wife of James MCamey the sum of one dollar & no more - Item. I give & bequeath unto my son David Troxler my chest & clothes, and also the sum of fifty Dollars within one year after my death & no more - Item. I give & bequeath unto my son Powell Troxler Thirty Dollars & no more - Item.
