I give Devise and Dispose of the same in the following manner and form. First I give and beque[a]th to my Daughter Mary Collins five Shillings Specie to her (Her Heirs and Assigns forever. Secondly, I give and beque[a]th to my Daughter Jemimah Ward five Shillings Specie to her (her Heirs and Assigns forever. Thirdly and Lastly wher[e]as my Late Husband Nathaniel Walton did grant and Devise, to me in his last Will and Testament during my Natural Life [page 2] And to be at my Disposal at my Deceas[e] the Sum of five pounds to be paid to me An[n]ually by and from the profit arising from his Lands or Estate And as the Legetees of the said Estate have failed to pay me the above mentioned sum of five pounds and the same is Still Justly due to me and is at my Disposal. I do give and bequeath the same sum of five pound as Expres'd in the last will of the before mentioned Nathaniel Walton to my Daughter Ceziah Bane to be at her Disposal which Sum Amounts to thirty pounds Currency it Commincing from June 1786 untill the date (and I furthermore give and beque[a]th to my Daughter Ceziah Bane my Bed and furniture and One Cow, Also all and every of my property which I now possess Or shall here after possess to her (Her Hairs[sic] and Assigns forever. And I substitute and Ordain my well Beloved Soninlaw Thomas Bane my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament her[e]by making Null and void all Other wills and Testaments heretofore made by me.
